Same-day in most cases. A broken spring is one of our most frequent calls. Don't try to operate the door manually — the spring carries 100+ pounds of stored tension and is the most dangerous part on the door. We replace the spring (single or matched pair), test balance, and have the door cycling again, usually within an hour on-site.

The two photo-eye sensors near the floor must see each other in a straight line. Common causes: one knocked out of alignment, a dirty lens, a kinked wire, or sun glare. Wipe both lenses and check alignment; if that doesn't fix it, a sensor or the wire run is bad and we replace it on-site.
